There was some white sand under those large rocks and hopefully when the surfers got dumped off their waves they hit sand not rocks. The wild waves had been running hot for surfing but apparently it was almost at an end as the tide caused them to dump more on the edge. Many of the surfers at Larino Beach were starting to come in.
